School Registration Form

We require a minimum of 10 students per group. Please fill out the form below to reserve your School group field trip to Waldvogel’s Pumpkin Farm. After we receive your Reservation Form, we will send you a confirmation indicating your Tour time and date. Your reservation is not complete until you receive a confirmation.
